Doug Bever
Outreach Coordinator
Doug grew up in Camden, Arkansas where he graduated from Fairview High School. He received his Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Southern Arkansas University. While his formal education and work experience may be somewhat different from those of most of the people involved with The Full Life Ahead Foundation, he worked as a counselor during his junior and senior years in high school at a special needs summer camp in Searcy, Ark. Volunteering with Full Life Ahead brought back a lot of those memories and made him realize just why he went back to the summer camp for a second year. This prompted his decision to leave the manufacturing field and join Full Life Ahead as a full time employee and become the Outreach Coordinator.
Andrea Rose
Administrative & Program Assistant
With over 25 years experience as an executive administrative assistant, Andrea originally came to The Full Life Ahead Foundation as a volunteer. Her heart and soul were deeply touched by the profound differences being made in the lives of people with disAbilities and she knew she’d found where she belonged.
